Our Building Process
We want the Building process to be as easy as possible for you. We understand that if the builder is not organised then this can significantly delay the construction process. This is why we have stream lined our building process to the following six steps. We promise you that because we have a lot experience that the process will be hassle free so we can be handing you the keys as soon as possible.
Our six step process
- A deposit of $5,000 will be required at signing of this tender in order to start the construction process including architect plans and selection of internal and external finishing’s
- We will then commence preparing the builders contract for you to review and sign
- When you sign the contract we also need the remaining balance of the 5% deposit
- What we need for you to provide is your banks pre-approval letter so that we know that your loan is ready to go
- We also need your land ownership letter so that we can ensure your construction certificate can be lodged
- At each progress payment (as specified) in the contract we will send you a progress payment invoice. It is essential in order to prevent construction delays that the invoices are paid within 7 days.
